Scheduled Pool Cleaning – Routine service visits based on your selected maintenance schedule.
Water Testing & Chemical Balancing – Test and adjust chlorine/sanitizer, pH, alkalinity, and other essential water chemistry.
Skimming – Remove leaves, insects, and floating debris from the pool surface.
Pool Vacuuming – Vacuum pool floor as needed to remove dirt and debris.
Brushing – Brush pool walls, steps, benches, tile areas, and other surfaces as needed.
Basket Cleaning – Empty and clean skimmer and pump baskets.
Filter Maintenance – Inspect filter operation and clean cartridges or backwash as required by the system and service schedule.
Salt Cell Maintenance – Inspect and clean salt chlorine generator cells as needed.
Equipment Inspection – Visually inspect pumps, filters, heaters, automation systems, valves, plumbing, and other accessible pool equipment.
Leak & Equipment Monitoring – Watch for visible leaks, unusual pressure, equipment noises, flow problems, and other signs of potential failure.
Pool Water Level Check – Monitor water level during scheduled visits and report abnormal water loss.
Automation & Timer Check – Verify normal operation and programming when applicable.
Seasonal Adjustments – Adjust maintenance and chemical requirements as weather and swimming conditions change.
Service Communication – Notify the customer of significant water-quality, equipment, or maintenance concerns discovered during service.
